Whom should I call if I encounter a water or sewer emergency?: Residents whose water and sewer service is provided by the La Grange Highlands Sanitary District should call 708-246-5657. Residents whose water and sewer service is provided by the Village of Indian Head Park and who experience an emergency water or sewer problem during the normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, should Village Hall at 708-246-3080 and we will disptach the Public Works and Water Departments. Residents who experience an issue during non-business hours should call the non-emergency Police Department number, which is 708-246-4534, and if is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

1. Which municipality provides water and sewer services in my area?: The Village and Indian Head Park provides water and sewer services to the majority of residents in town. Residents in the northern and eastern parts of town may have their service supplied by La Grange Highlands Sanitary District. If you live in these areas please call the La Grange Highlands Sanitary District at 708-246-5657 to confirm.

4. Does Indian Head Park make a water quality report available? Where can I obtain a copy?: The Village of Indian Head Park makes a water quality report publicly available each year. The Consumer Confidence Report provides information about the quality of drinking water provided to our residents. Call 708-246-3080, and we can email you the most recent edition.

5. Does the Village have any restrictions with regard to outdoor watering during spring and summer months?: To preserve the water supply for the village of Indian Head Park, outdoor watering restrictions are in effect from Noon to 6 p.m. from May 15 through September 15. Residents may use garden hoses to water their plants, but no sprinklers may be used during this restricted period.
