I’ve heard about J.U.L.I.E. and know that it has something to do with utilities. Where can I find more information about J.U.L.I.E.?
J.U.L.I.E. is the Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators service. J.U.L.I.E. must be contacted so that all underground utilities in a construction area can be located and marked. This is required for construction and landscaping projects. Turnaround time after contacting J.U.L.I.E. is approximately 48 hours, but can take longer. Information on contacting J.U.L.I.E. and other important information can be found on the Building & Zoning webpage.
