The Village of Indian Head Park has a limited amount of land available for sales tax generating uses. The area adjacent to I-294 at the intersection of Wolf and Joliet Roads, commonly known as the "Triangle Area", represents one of the Village of Indian Head Park's primary redevelopment opportunites.The goal for the Triangle Proprty is to attract businesses that will make Indian Head Park a better place to live by offering the type of businesses residents want and ones that will generate sales tax revenue to improve the Village's finances.
