Welcome to our community! On behalf of the citizens of Indian Head Park, we are pleased & excited to greet you to our community. We sincerely hope your residence here will be enjoyable and that you will refer to our website often as you become more familiar with The Village of Indian Head Park. New residents of Indian Head Park should stop into the Village Hall, located at 201 Acacia Street in the Acacia Subdivision, or call the Village Administration Office at 708-246-3080 as soon as possible after their closing date. The Village Staff is happy to help with any questions, or concerns you might have.

New Resident Forms
Dog Registration Form
Residents are required to register their dogs annually with the Village by obtaining an identification tag. Tags are available at the Village Hall or the Police Department beginning May 1st of each year and expire July 1st of the following year. There is no cost for registering your pet! Owners will need to bring in a copy of the up to date Rabies Vaccination and a completed Dog Registration Form. You can obtain a dog registration tag at the Village Hall.New Water Account
Please fill out the Indian Head Park New Water Account Form, only if you have water service from Indian Head Park. Some residents are on the La Grange Highlands Sanitary District. If so, please contact the La Grange Highlands Sanitary District at 708-246-5657 or visit the La Grange Highlands Sanitary District Website. Vehicle stickers are required for all motor vehicles that are registered or housed within the Village. New residents have thirty days from the move in date to purchase Village Vehicle Stickers. Please complete the Vehicle Registration Form and drop that off at the Village Hall or the lock box, located outside of Village Hall, with payment. New Resident's can also pay for a Village Vehicle Sticker online, through our New Resident Vehicle Sticker Payment Portal. For more information please visit our Vehicle Sticker Page.
