Water & Sewer Utility Billing

Indian Head Park supplies water and sewer services to some, but not all of its residents. For those residents who are serviced by the LaGrange Highlands Sanitary District, more information is available by calling 708-246-5657. Utility billing applies to residents receiving their water and sewer services from Indian Head Park. The utility bill reflects the cost of maintaining our underground sewer line and our water distribution system. It also includes the cost of purchasing water from the Village's water supplier, the City of Countryside.

The Administration Department is responsible for Utility Billing should you have any questions.

  2.  Establishing Service &Payment 

Final Water Read

  • A final water read must to be scheduled and completed prior to closing or you will not be able to obtain the transfer stamps needed for the closing.
  • Access and complete the Discontinuing Indian Head Park Water Account Application.
  • Once the Administration Department obtains the information contained within the form, a final water read can be scheduled.

Rates & Billing Information 

Calculating the Combined Water & Sewer Bill
Residential water and sewer rates were adjusted effective January 1, 2018. Please read how your bill is calculated for more information.

Residential Rates

Residents are billed bi-monthly or every two months, at the following rates:
  • Water: $11.53 per 1,000 gallons (plus $34.71 service availability charge per month)
  • Sewer: $0.70 per 1,000 gallons (plus $12.30 service availability charge per  month)
