Vehicle stickers are required for all motor vehicles registered or housed in the Village of Indian Head Park.
* 2016/17 stickers went on sale Monday May 16th.
* Application renewal forms were mailed in early to mid May.
* Stickers must be displayed before July 18, 2016.
If you do not receive a pre-printed application by May 18th, please visit the Village Administration Office to complete a application (or download it below and submit by mail or drop-box).
Late charge penalties will be in effect on July 19th.
In addition, fines and/or parking tickets may be issued anytime after July 19th to vehicles without a valid sticker affixed to the passenger windshield.

You can now RENEW your Indian Head Park Vehicle Stickers online utilizing the State of Illinois' ePay program. (A service fee will apply - see ePay site for details)

New residents and those adding (not replacing) a vehicle remain cash/check only.

You may download and print a blank Vehicle Sticker application and submit along with payment by mail or in peson at the Village Administration Office. For the residents' convenience a drop box is located at the north end of the Administration Office parking lot. If purchasing by mail or drop-box, please use a check or money order payable to Village of Indian Head Park.
A licensee may transfer a vehicle sticker from the vehicle originally assigned to another like vehicle in the same year by purchasing a transfer sticker for $10.00. Presentation of a portion of the old vehicle sticker or the receipt provided at original purchase is required at the Village Administration Office.
New vehicles purchased or leased as an addition (not replacement) must display a sticker within 30 days. A dated bill of sale is required at time of vehicle sticker purchase. If you prefer, you may download a blank application and submit it by mail or drop-box. Please include a copy of the dated bill of sale with your application and payment.
New residents must purchase a vehicle sticker within 30 days of becoming a resident. Proof of occupancy (lease agreement, closing contract, moving company receipt, etc.) is required at time of purchase. Blank forms are available during regular business hours in the Administration Office. If you prefer, you may download a blank application below and submit it by mail or drop-box. Please include a copy of your proof of occupancy with your application and payment.
Half year reduced rate
Vehicle stickers purchased on or after January 1st will cost half of the scheduled fee. If the sticker was not purchased within 30 days of ownership of vehicle or from the move in date of a new resident, a 100% late fee will apply.
To obtain the half year rate, proof of new residency or new vehicle is required at time of purchase. For new vehicles, a dated bill of sale is necessary. If trading in a vehicle already displaying a sticker, the cost will be $10.00 for a replacement sticker. New residents will need proof of occupancy (lease agreement, closing contract, moving company receipt, etc.) to receive the reduced fee.
Place the sticker on the lower passenger side of the windshield. Please remove all old vehicle stickers.
